Tom Cruise has represented this religion in Hollywood for numerous years, even separating from two of his ex-wives because of their views on his religion. The media has gone after him for many years for his membership and he has seemingly begun to distance himself from the church because of it.

A few years ago, he came out and said he would be devoting his life to Christ. Since this claim, he has started making controversial statements using his faith as a defense, including antisemitic views. He has lost the faith of his fans because of how he uses his religion as a defense for hatred.

She hated what the church stood for and the allegations against them for child abuse, standing against them. This backlash forced her from the limelight for many years. Some people who don’t want to acknowledge that not all Christians are good simply blame his faith for the reason Ian speaks out against Christians doing bad or hateful things.

Matthew McConaughey is a Christian, but an old-school one. He aims at other Christians for not standing up for themselves and their religion or for not following the bible. He frequently talks about how people in Hollywood are too scared to speak up about their religion and are not true Christians because of this. He also claims that New Testament Christians often drift from the Bible’s teachings as well. This has led to him taking heat from other Christians for his view of the faith.
