We can’t list game changing beards without mentioning quite possibly one of the most transformative beards in Hollywood. John Krasinski was best known for his hit role in the American version of English sitcom, The Office (2005-2013).

Krasinski plays Jim Halpert, a charming but oftentimes lazy employee, who, while is well humoured and funny, perhaps isn’t a Hollywood heartbreaker. Clooney is a well loved and respected actor amongst Hollywood stars. He first hit our screens as Dr Doug Ross in the hit NBC medical series ‘ER’, which ran from 1994 to 1999. With continued success in the many Oceans movies and more recently the romcom, ‘Ticket to Paradise (2022), he has garnered himself a massive following amongst all ages.

He won the People’s magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive accolade twice in both 1997 and 2006 and was the second man after Richard Gere to appear on the cover of Vogue magazine.

Clooney is well known for his ‘silver fox’ style, with a short but full greying salt and pepper beard, which can only be described as classic and masculine. Initially opting for a shorter beard with more stubble, in recent times he can be seen sporting a fuller beard, which can now only be described as iconic.

Pitt’s breakout role came as a surprisingly small one, in an Oscar winning movie ‘Thelma and Louise’ (1991). Although only on screen for a minor 7 minutes, his charming personality and undeniably good looks catapulted him onto the big screens and established him as a star amongst Hollywood actors alike. Since then, his notable works include ‘Fight Club’(1999), as a lovable rebel with a devil-may-care charm, ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ (2001) and ‘Once upon a Time in Hollywood’ (2019) alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie.

But perhaps he is best known for his iconic good looks, now more often than not sporting beards of a variety of lengths and styles to keep his look fresh, versatile and always suave. From his sleek goatee to his stylish full beard Brad Pitt will remain a household name for generations to come.

Chris Hemsworth

We can’t write a list of best celebrity beards without including this iconic Australian, best known for his starring role in the famed Marvel movies and lead in Thor. It’s less well known that the 34 year old started his career as Kim Hyde in Home and Away, a popular Australian soap opera from 2004-2007.

Since then he has enjoyed success as an actor with an estimated net worth of $130 million and is a dedicated family man to his 3 children and wife Elsa Pataky. He can only be described as a style icon who has inspired countless men to don ‘Thor Beards’.

Liam Hemsworth

Brother to Chris Hemsworth, these two have taken Hollywood by storm. This Hemsworth brother also started out on an Australian soap opera, ‘Neighbours’ (2007-2008), but his breakout role was the lead in a romcom, ‘The Last Song’ (2010), alongside star whom he would later marry Miley Cyrus.

He is also notable for his role as Gale Hawthorne in The Hunger Games franchise. Tall, dark and handsome, Hemsworth is easily recognised for his full and groomed beard and it’s safe to say, he has one of the best ones in Hollywood.

Ben Affleck is well known for his extensive acting career as well as his work as a screenwriter, producer and filmmaker. He first gained recognition for his award winning performance in ‘Good Will Hunting’ which he co-wrote with childhood friend and fellow star Matt Damon.
